- Preparing a program and specification of the building, planning and filing a building permit application.
- Regulating buildings (retroactive approval), building additions.
- Work on the application with all approving factors (Electricity Corporation, Fire Authority, Rear Front Command, Infrastructures etc.), up to receipt of a building permit, and coordinating consultants.
- Business licensing
- Business license application for businesses which have been determined to require a business license under the Business Licensing Order.
- Building a business licensing plan that includes many approving factors such as: the Ministry of Health, Environmental Protection, Fire Authority, police, the Traffic Branch and more.
- Business licensing planning together with relevant consultants (safety, kitchens, water and sewage etc.).
- Submitting the plan to the business licensing department of the local government and work with the approving factors, up to receipt of the business license and meeting the requirements together with the customer.
- Form 4
- Approval of connection of a building to infrastructures, subject to the required standards and pursuant to a building permit (usually comes together with Form 5, which constitutes an approval of population).
- Guiding the developer and the contractor in translating the requirements of the Planning and Building Committee, in practice.
- Holding meetings with the relevant factors in the committee, coordinating approvals up to the receipt of Form 4 for the building.

- Providing preliminary guidelines on the matter of accessibility for the preparation of a building permit plan.
- Preparing a detailed report for the accessibility components required at the site.
